This most often happens because your phone is looking at an old account of yours.
To change which account your app is attached to:
Android: Long press on the ClearToken® app's icon, then select "Clear Data". When you next open the app, it will ask for your cell phone number.
iOS: Uninstall the app by long pressing on the app's icon, then clicking the x button, then reinstall the app. When you next open the app, it will ask for your cell phone number.
